I put this card together using odds and ends of scraps that were in my stamping area. The only thing that wasn’t something left over from a prior project was the “thank you” sentiment and the 2 Melon Mambo Candy Dots.
You may already have seen this in my April Newsletter:
“Do you Love Scraps? If you’re a serious crafter, chances are you love your scraps. It takes a major act of willpower for you to toss out old, inch-length pieces of ribbon, bits of Designer Series Paper, or tiny cardstock embellishments—even if they’re five years old!
Prize Opportunity: Post a photo on my Facebook page, Deb’s Stampin’ Grounds of something you have made with “newly found” things in your stamping area. I’d love to see them and there will be a prize involved. ”

YOU could win this prize! Post a photo on my Facebook page, Deb’s Stampin’ Grounds of something you have created using your scraps. Deadline to enter is Sunday, April 24th.
If you have been saving scraps, I challenge you to try and use them. Here are some ideas:
Other Uses for Scraps
• Layer circles to make flowers
• Make paper chains
• Donate your scraps to schools
• Shred for packaging
• Create decoupage pieces
• Use to make embellishments
• Create collages
• Frame and hang on the wall
What are you waiting for? Start creating with your scraps and post a photo of it here.
Thanks for stopping by. Happy Stamping!
Deb
