My grandkids are in a dance recital this weekend and we can’t wait to see them. Dave and I are traveling a distance to go to the recital so I wasn’t sure how real flowers would hold up.
Besides Maddie loves chocolate, so I created a bouquet of flowers and put Hershey Kisses in the centers of the flowers with Mini Glue Dots. This bouquet should last longer than real flowers too; except for the chocolates – those will be gone in a flash!
Stamp Set – Crazy About You, Beautiful You
Ink – Berry Burst, Daffodil Delight, Wisteria Wonder
Cardstock – Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, retired Embossed Kraft Paper
Accessories – Medallion Flower and Scallop Circle Punches, Labels & Tags Framelits, Big Shot, Ribbon, Whisper White Baker’s Twine, Paper Snips, Snail Adhesive, Tear & Tape, Mini Glue Dots (soup can, bamboo skewers, colored shreds)
This second bouquet is for my grandson who loves his hip-hop dance classes and fishing. I couldn’t see giving Jack flowers, neither real ones nor those made of paper; so I made a bouquet of fish for him, complete with Rolo candies.
Stamp Set – Seaside Shore
Ink – Calypso Coral, Pacific Point, Tranquil Tide
Card Stock – Calypso Coral, Mint Macaron, Pacific Point, Tranquil Tide, Brights Designer Series Paper Stack, retired Embossed Kraft Card Stock

I’m excited to see the kids’ response to these bouquets; hopefully they appreciate my labor of love!

THese are absolutely perfect! Great idea that I must remember.
Thanks Kelly! My grandkids loved them and other parents were eyeing them up. My granddaughter put hers on display in her bedroom right away. Made my heart smile!
