This giraffe, from the Back on Your Feet stamp set, is appropriate for a get well message but he can also be saying that “this is knot good” referring to other things as well. Maybe a missed birthday celebration, saying you are sorry about something that happened such as a car accident, not being able to celebrate a wedding/graduation/retirement due to the pandemic, etc.
I’m sure you can think of other occasions when you can send this card.
