My daughter and 2 others went together and purchased a triplex in San Francisco. Of course I had to create a card to celebrate her first home purchase. Their house is the blue one in the middle.
Here is the card I created. I tried to replicate her new neighborhood and I’m thrilled with how it turned out.

Ink – Misty Moonlight, Momento Black, Soft Sea Foam, Pale Papaya, Balmy Blue
Accessories – Tailored Tags Dies, Hammered Metal Embossing Folder, Baker’s Twine (retired), Stampin’ Dimensionals, Stampin’ Seal
I have kept the retired stamp set, “In the City” for years! So glad to have it in my stash as it had the perfect images for my card.
Here’s a photo of the card when it is opened up.
I even colored the cars to mimic real life; black for him & blue for my daughter!
Below you can see a little metal heart I had in my stash from a retired embellishment kit. I don’t remember which one it was but it sure came in handy for this card!
