Hello Life! for Pals Paper Arts (PPA 254)

I combined the layout from a card I made at the Catalog Kick Off event of my upline, Lisa Pretto, and this week’s  Color Challenge from the Pals Paper Arts. The 2015-2017 In-Color of Watermelon Wonder was substitued for the Strawberry Slush.  I think these three colors are a great combination!  The So Saffron hearts were punched out with the heart punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack.  I put an Epoxy Sticker over the top…
