Another Style of Color Block with Shaded Summer

Hello you!  Here is another color block card style. The other day, I posted a color block card that  I created using a background stamp.  You can see that card here.  Today’s card uses cardstock for the color blocks.  Otherwise the card is mostly .the same

I chose to use the Brights Color Family cardstock but you could also do a monochromatic theme such as all shades of purple or yellows and oranges.  Get creative and try different hues and color combinations.

Color Block with Drybrush Background Stamp

The Brights Color Collection is my all around favorite color family.  I used the bright ink colors to create a color block effect with the Drybrush Background Stamp.

Then I heat embossed a floral image over that background.  Add a sentiment and the card is done!
