Love of Leaves Hello Card

The leaves are starting to turn colors here in Central Wisconsin.  Such a beautiful sight; cooler weather is here.  I find myself wearing jeans quite often but my husband is still in summer shorts mode.

Here are a few photos of my trip last weekend when we went to Marinette County, Waterfall Capital of Wisconsin.

My husband said he took almost 400 photos!  No –  I’m not going to make you look at all of them.

 

Several of the parks had some really nice foot bridges which are so picturesque.

 

 

I felt like a mountain goat at some of the falls!  Lots of steep, uneven terrain and some unique rocks to climb around on.

 

 

This is one determined tree!

The leaves were just starting to turn colors.

The weather was beautiful and I’m sure the landscape is even more colorful now.  It would be nice to get back there during the peak of colors but that won’t happen anymore this year.  Our camper is winterized and will soon be in storage for the winter.
