Sometimes you need a quick card and this one layer note card does the trick.  Change the sentiment and you have a design for multiple occasions.

I used autumn colors on this card but it would be great in reds & greens for Christmas, Subtle Family Collection for Spring, blues & greens…any combination would be similiarly striking!

Happy Birthday Jack!

Today is my grandson’s birthday! Where does the time go?  I remember the day he was born and I blinked my eyes – now he is 15!  The surprise is in the inside, so keep reading this post!.

Like a lot of teens these days, Jack spends a LOT of time on his computer and other electronic devices.  So when I saw this card by Lisa Bernard, I knew I had to CASE it.

For the inside of the card I used the Senior Years stamp set and colored the images with Stampin’ Blends.  The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set.  Do you think Jack will be able to recognize his Grandma & Grandpa?  LOL

The keyboard image that is a free download opens up all kinds of possibilities for the computer geeks in your circle of family/friends.  Now all I need to do is invest in a color printer.  HA!  Seriously, I’ve been looking at them but the one I want is out of stock everywhere!
