Mountain Air Birthday Card

Have you see the Reversible stamps in the Stampin’ Up! Catalog?  One side of the stamp gives a solid, background image and when you turn the stamp over, you can stamp the detail image over the top of the background.  See video below.

This card features the Mountain Air stamp set and is one of the cards we’ll be creating at my August “Summer Sizzler” Card Class on Aug. 9th & 11th.   I kept this card pretty clean & simple, without embellishments, which seems to appeal to the masculine crowd!

Playful Pets – It’s a Cutie After All!

Have you ever seen a stamp set or patterned paper for the first time and thought, “I don’t care for that at all”?  Well that’s what I thought when I first saw the Playful Pets Suite.

But then… I started seeing some cards/projects posted online and I changed my mind.  It happens to the best of us!!  🙂   I’ve been cutting out the images of the dogs & cats from the patterned paper using the sharp precision tipped, Paper Snips!
