“Winter Wishes” – Decorated Treat Bag

Winter Wishes Treat Bag

Here is a treat bag that I decorated for the door prizes at my September classes.  I put a cute stamp and ink spot or marker in the bags.

Stamp Set – Winter Wishes
Ink – Early Espresso, Real Red
Cardstock – Early Espresso, Crumb Cake
Accessories – Kraft Tag a Bag Gift Bags, Real Red Pom Pom Trim, Real Red & Garden Green 1/8″ Striped Ribbon, Woodland Embossing Folder, Banner Framelits, Big Shot, Snail Adhesive

Who wouldn’t like to receive a little something in a decorated bag?  What would you put inside for a friend?  I’d love to hear your ideas when you comment.

Did you know that Stampin’ Up! has packaging supplies?  You might have missed the Tag a Bag Gift Bags in the Annual Catalog.  They are only $3.50 for a package of 10 bags.  Decorate them for any occasion/holiday –  great for classroom treat packaging too!

Thanks for stopping by!
Happy Stamping!

“Softly Falling” Snow

Have you started thinking about designs for your Holiday cards?  Some of my customers have, so I decided to showcase the Winter Wishes stamp set when I created my card for the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge this week.

PPA 270 Oct. 1

It’s not that I am anxious for winter to arrive….far from it!  But I do like the images in this stamp set – don’t they have a vintage feel?

Stamp Set – Winter Wishes
Cardstock – Always Artichoke, Blackberry Bliss, Sahara Sand, Whisper White
Ink – Always Artichoke, Blackberry Bliss
Accessories – Versamark, Clear Stampin’ Emboss Powder, Embossing Buddy, Heat Tool, Softly Falling Embossing Folder, Big Shot, Tags & Labels Framelits, Magnetic Platform, Updated Essentials Paper Piercing Pack, Paper-Piercing Tool, Stampin’ Pierce Mat, Paper Snips, 1/8″ Mini Brads, Linen Thread, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive, Fine Tip Glue Pen

Stamping Tips:

***The pine boughs were stamped on both Always Artichoke and Whisper White Cardstock; then fussy cut with the super sharp Paper Snips and layered on top of each other to create dimension.

***After stamping the sentiment, it was cut with the Tags & Labels Framelit.  First cutting the top of the 1-1/4″ strip of Whisper White and then the framelit was moved to cut the bottom edge of the strip.
