Stamping Tips:

  • stamp the van on a patterned paper & fussy cut the image
  • color the palm trees with the Stampin’ Write Markers, breathe/huff on stamp to remoisten marker, stamp image
  • use the side of the marker so you don’t break down the brush tip
  • alcohol markers such as Stampin’ Blends cannot be used to color on stamps, must use dye markers like Stampin’ Write markers

Love the “New Horizons” designer series paper.  I created a card that looks like a watercolor painting; the designer series paper does the work.

I stamped some birds on  a 3×3″ square of patterned paper and added a die cut of trees in the foreground.

The matted square was popped up on the embossed layer which gives the card texture.  Such an easy card and it looks so much more complicated.  The designer series paper does the hard work!  🙂
