Hello Life! for Pals Paper Arts (PPA 254)

Do more of what makes you happy

I combined the layout from a card I made at the Catalog Kick Off event of my upline, Lisa Pretto, and this week’s  Color Challenge from the Pals Paper Arts. The 2015-2017 In-Color of Watermelon Wonder was substitued for the Strawberry Slush.  I think these three colors are a great combination!

The So Saffron hearts were punched out with the heart punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack.  I put an Epoxy Sticker over the top of the So Saffron heart which allowed me to make the embellishment in a color that coordinated with my project.   The Epoxy Accent embellishment was attached to the card with a glue dot.

  1. I love that big bold sentiment, Deb! It looks awesome on the embossed panel. Thanks for plating at the PPA this week.

    • Thanks Dawn. For me, color challenges are a starting point for creating projects. A person can get in a rut using their favorite colors – trying new color combinations can be so inspiring!

  2. Very nice card, Deb. I love that embossing folder…oh dear…I just might need to buy that one!

  3. I love everything about this card. The color balance is perfect and the Epoxy hearts add the finishing touch.

  4. Hi Roomie!!!! LOVE THE BLOG and LOVE your card….a big WOOT-WOOT! The banners are great – a super way to POP that fabulous sentiment!
