I combined the layout from a card I made at the Catalog Kick Off event of my upline, Lisa Pretto, and this week’s Color Challenge from the Pals Paper Arts. The 2015-2017 In-Color of Watermelon Wonder was substitued for the Strawberry Slush. I think these three colors are a great combination!
The So Saffron hearts were punched out with the heart punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack. I put an Epoxy Sticker over the top of the So Saffron heart which allowed me to make the embellishment in a color that coordinated with my project. The Epoxy Accent embellishment was attached to the card with a glue dot.

I love that big bold sentiment, Deb! It looks awesome on the embossed panel. Thanks for plating at the PPA this week.
Thanks Dawn. For me, color challenges are a starting point for creating projects. A person can get in a rut using their favorite colors – trying new color combinations can be so inspiring!
Very nice card, Deb. I love that embossing folder…oh dear…I just might need to buy that one!
I love everything about this card. The color balance is perfect and the Epoxy hearts add the finishing touch.
Thanks, ladies, for your positive comments about my card. I’m always looking to inspire others. 🙂
Hi Roomie!!!! LOVE THE BLOG and LOVE your card….a big WOOT-WOOT! The banners are great – a super way to POP that fabulous sentiment!
Thanks for the feedback on my card, Susan. Changing to WordPress has been a lifesaver and Brian at Integrant Services is the best! He made the switch easy-peasy!
