Today is a special day! My husband is going on the Never Forgotten Honor Flight to Washington DC. Veterans are flown so they can see the memorials that stand in their honor. On the flight home, the soldiers have “Mail Call” which was always a highlight while they were serving our country. Below you can see one of the cards I sent for him.
To make it even more special, I created a Pop Up Panel Card.

Dave is going to be surprised by “Mail Call”! A big “thank you” to everyone who sent cards for him.
The event began yesterday with an awesome banquet and program in Wausau, WI. Today the veterans went to the airport early and will spend the day in Washington D.C. visiting memorials that will provide them with closure, gratitude & respect for service to our country.
We owe all veterans a huge thank you for the freedoms we enjoy today!
