The weather has taken a big change here in Central Wisconsin. My husband has a fire going in the fireplace and the forecasted high tomorrow is 49 degrees. Brrr…
Creating Christmas cards is easier when the weather cools off a bit, dont’ you think?
Stamp Set – Buffalo Check, Peaceful Pines
Ink – Cherry Cobbler, Shaded Spruce, Mometo Black
Cardstock – Cherry Cobbler, Just Jade, Brushed Metallic, Whisper White
Accessories – Forever Gold Laser-Cut Specialty Paper, Beautiful Boughs Dies, Gold Glitter Enamel Dots, Stampin’ Sponge, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Stampin’ Seal
Stamping Tips:
- I sponged the pine bough die cuts to give them dimension
- To get the most out of my Brushed Metallic Cardstock, I cut a label out of the center of the piece I’m using for the mat. That way I can use the label on another project and still have what I need for a mat under the Buffalo Check layer.
