I CASED this card from a Stampin’ Success magazine (available for demonstrators only).  This had been on my “to do” list since I first saw it . I created the card a while ago but haven’t posted it until now.

My Stampin’ Up! Paper Snips scissors is my go-to scissors and they make fussy cutting a snap.  If you don’t have a Paper Snips, you don’t know what you are missing.  At only $10.00, they are well worth the price.  Precision cutting; easy peasy!  And the completed card made the fussy cutting worth it!
