The panel with the dots, branches and flowers is actually a card from the new Memories & More product line; this one is from the Color Theory Card Pack.  I added the Adirondack chair, glass of lemonade and sentiment using the Colorful Seasons Bundle.  The base of the card is the new 2017-2019 In Color, Berry Burst.

I made these thank you notes for my daughter who will soon have her PhD in Marine Biology.  She needed some thank yous for colleagues and these fit the bill.  She loved them!
