For my card, I created a frame using the Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper and popped it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals to give the card dimension.  The lily pad and bird were “fussy cut” using the precision Paper Snips.

Timeless Tropical

Everyone looks forward to vacation and this card may have you wanting to head to the tropics.  Palm trees, ocean breezes and beautiful flowers are a great winter getaway destination, especially if you live in areas of the country that are hit with snow and cold.
