Cardstock – Crumb Cake, Cucumber Crush, Night of Navy, Whisper White, Love & Affection DSP
Ink – Basic Black, Watermelon Wonder, Sahara Sand and Blushing Bride (watercoloring image)
Accessories – Layering Ovals Framelits, Big Shot, Magnetic Platform, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive
I know I’ve used this layout on lots of cards but when you find something that works, it seems only sensible to repeat it!
Stamping Tip: Sometimes stray ink spots can be camoflauged but the one on this card was too near the edge. I couldn’t bear to toss the Whisper White panel just because of one small dot of Watermelon Wonder. I’m sharing this just in case you think every card I make is perfect. And yes, I plan to send out this card just the way it is. 🙂

Center Step Card with Suite Sayings
I LOVE the Paisleys & Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper from the 2016 Hoiday Catalog. The paper collection contains 2 sheets that have the lovely copper foil embedded in the designs in addition to the wonderful prints you see in the card I made here.
You can find directions for making this center step card here. The tutorial is for a card that is 5-1/2″ square. I adjusted the measurements so that it is the standard 4-1/4″ X 5-1/2″.
