I made a Thanksgiving card but you can easily change the sentiment and send this card for any occasion this fall.

Stamping Tip – I was able to line up the “Happy Thanksgiving” easily since the stamp was photopolymer.  You could also use the Stamp-a-ma-jig to get placement as desired.

Fall is just around the corner and I was inspired by some of the projects I’ve seen on-line.  This card captures the season perfectly here in Wisconsin – it won’t be long now and the leaves will be changing colors!  The cool nights feel good right now, but I for one am not looking forward to the snow and cold of winter.

Stamp Set – Seaside Shore

Ink – Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, Marina Mist, Mint Macaron, Pool Party,
Accessories – Window Sheets, Paper Snips, Snail Adhesive, Sponge Daubers

Stamping Tips:

  • The Paper Snips is a must for fussy cutting images like the fish.  The thin, precision-ground stainless steel tips cut to the end of the blade which allows for expert cutting even in small areas.
  • I used the Sponge Daubers to create the “water” using Marina Mist, Mint Macaron, Pool Party ink pads.

In the photo below, you can get a better view of the card front.  There is a “window” on the front and the “water” is sponged and stamped on the inside of the card.
